Enchanted Rose Cloche

The rose is integral to the story of Beauty and the Beast and often shown in a cloche, so it seemed appropriate for our DIY this month. 

​

The easiest way to put a single rose in a cloche is when the cloche has a wooden base.  A hole, large enough to accommodate the stem of the rose can be drilled in the wood.  Drilled to the exact size of the rose stem, the rose stands up as it would in a vase.

To make the design look more like the one in the movie, we used a glass base in our examples.
